ITTH Unveils Advanced Semantic Segmentation Methods in Product Line

ITTH is proud to announce the integration of cutting-edge Semantic Segmentation techniques into its product portfolio, marking a significant advancement in our application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.

Semantic Segmentation, a highly specialized area within AI, enables the classification of each individual pixel within an image, providing a granular and detailed level of understanding that enhances the precision and effectiveness of visual data processing. This method supports high-level classification tasks, allowing for more accurate object recognition and analysis across a wide range of applications.

By incorporating Semantic Segmentation, ITTH strengthens its commitment to delivering state-of-the-art AI-driven solutions, setting new standards in image analysis and expanding the capabilities of our products in sectors that demand precision and innovation.

ITTH introduces new ANPR detection engine

ITTH develops and introduces a new ANPR detection engine. ANPR detection is not new, however the developments in Computer vision makes it possible to achieve higher accuracy and reliability than ever before.  ITTH decided to develop a special ANPR detection engine with detection rates above 99% tolerating plate and number distortion. The technology is based on newest research results in artificial intelligence algorithms.

ITTH Launches Third Generation ABI System in Collaboration with Aarsleff Rail

ITTH is proud to announce the successful deployment and operational commencement of the third generation of our Advanced Brake Inspection (ABI) system, developed in close collaboration with Aarsleff Rail. This new generation has been fully accepted and is now in productive use at three strategic locations across Denmark.

The Danish State Railways (DSB) has installed these systems along key sections of their main rail network, significantly enhancing the coverage and efficiency of brake inspection for predictive maintenance of their IC3 and IC4 diesel and electric passenger trains. This deployment marks a milestone in the adoption of advanced technologies for rail safety and reliability, ensuring that DSB’s fleet is equipped with the latest innovations in automated brake inspection and maintenance forecasting.

With this new generation of ABI systems, ITTH reaffirms its commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that support the transportation sector in optimizing maintenance operations and improving overall rail safety and performance.

ITTH develops new illumination controller

Illumination solutions play an important part in Computer vision, for this purpose ITTH decided to develop and integrate a special illumination controller which is able to power extreme bright IR and White Light LED arrays. For high speed applications shortest illumination times going down to 25 µs are important. The Pabolux illumination controller is able to support multiple illumination arrays controlled by high speed industrial cameras operation at several thousands frames per second. This technology is used in ABI and UVIS products for instance.

Undervehicle Scanning in Indonesia

ITTH delivers license and software for multiple Undervehicle scanning systems in Indonesia, this is not the first installation in Asia but the most farest away.

ITTH Showcases Latest Predictive Maintenance Innovation

ITTH is pleased to announce that Thomas Hartwig, a leading expert at ITTH, will be delivering a lecture at the Rad-Schiene 2020 Railway Conference in Dresden, Germany. His presentation will focus on ITTH’s Advanced Brake Inspection system, a groundbreaking solution in predictive maintenance for the railway sector.

The ABI system has already demonstrated significant cost-saving potential for the Danish State Railways by optimizing the maintenance processes of their passenger train fleet. Through advanced predictive maintenance techniques, ABI enables real-time brake inspection, reducing downtime, increasing operational efficiency, and ensuring higher safety standards for DSB’s IC3 and IC4 trains.

This presentation will provide valuable insights into the system’s technological advancements and highlight its role in transforming maintenance practices across the rail industry.

Undervehicle Scanning at Burj Kalifa

ITTH delivers licenses and software for multiple Undervehicle scanning at Burj Khalifa in Dubai. The systems are deployed at several lanes to different parking locations and entrances, one of them the Armani Hotel. For the sake of access control a special integration is done with Johnson Control P2000 access system.
